Ever since I was young, I have always been fascinated by Sign Language. It seemed cryptic back then and the people that spoke the language, even more intriguing. Since then, I have come to realize that many students who identify as part of Deaf Culture also struggle with their experiences in school when it comes to learning and socializing. Now, I intend to better understand their struggles in the hope that we can all play our part to Hear THEM Out.
